Wedgewood Craftsman This evening, I am reporting on the Wedgwood factory and related Visitor Centre near Stoke-on-Trent in central England.Location is about 160 miles NW of London. Wedgwood Pottery Wedgwood is a pottery/ceramic manufacturer with a history dating back to its founding by Josiah Wedgwood in 1759. The business is now under U.S.ownership, in the same corporate group with Waterford of Ireland and Royal Doulton. Josiah Wedgwood Stalwart Wedgwood products are Jasperware and Queen’s Ware.
