Rogie Falls, Scotland.

This evening, I am posting information on Rogie Falls which are located about twenty miles N.W. of Inverness in the Scottish Highlands

Here is a new suspension bridge from where can be viewed the Black Water River as it tumbles down a steep elevation from nearby Ben Wyvis, a mountain which reaches a height of 3432 feet.

 The Falls are spectacular after heavy rain. Salmon can be viewed working upstream during August and September.There is  a salmon ladder to assist the salmon.

Access is from the A835 near the village of Contin. There are parking facilities and a well maintained access path.
